    Hi @leehuntmbb,

    This error implies a problem with the buyer’s PayPal account.
    It is not something you or the plugin has any direct influence on.

    We are working on improving the error message to provide better instructions on how to address the issue. There is also an automatic retry mechanism for certain errors but I’m not sure how useful that would be for this particular problem, as some action from the buyer would likely be required before PayPal would accept the transaction.

    If you have Logging enabled in the plugin settings, you could reach out to the PayPal MTS with your logs. But usually, PayPal doesn’t provide details for issues unrelated to your account.
