Apologies for the trouble. This issue will be resolved with our upcoming update:

Currently, it only works for countries with optional postcodes when there is no shipping zone set up.
Here is a version that includes the fix from the next update if you’d like to give it a try:

currently, I use single billing & shipping form on the checkout page.

Kindly when leasing the next update I request you to support Kenya for the credit card processing option in the plugin. Our country supports Paypal as a payment system. that’s what my website has been using for several years now. thank you

Hello thank you for the assistance. the update you shared works. However, can you make the plugin have the same options as WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway? Instead of sending the customer to sign up with Paypal, provide the card payment option. thank you

Let me answer your 2 additonal questions:
– This support is only for PayPal Payment, we cannot help you with requests for the WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway. We actually advise all merchants to NOT use both these PayPal plugins at the same time, because this has a very high chance of causing conflicts with resources.
– The country support is something that is handled by PayPal and is in no way controlled by the plugin. For such requests you should be reaching out to PayPal itself. This is the page where you can find the currently supported countries: https://www.paypal.com/ga/webapps/mpp/ua/residence-full
