    Hi,
    i constantly seeing this error message :
    1 Payment provider declined the
    payment, please use a different payment method.
    OrderEndpoint.php:339 Order
    status changed from Pending
    payment to Failed.

    2 Failed to process the payment.
    Please try again or contact the
    shop admin.
    [UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY] The
    requested action could not be
    performed, semantically
    incorrect, or failed business
    validation.

    After every 2 to 3 order iam getting this error

    Hi @hadi87

    This error means that the payment provider (e.g. the bank of the customer) declined the payment. This is usually not a technical issue and the customer must get in touch with their bank to resolve the problem.
    More details can be seen in this help article.

    Beyond this, you could try asking the PayPal Merchant Support for more details about these payments, though PayPal cannot always provide more details.

    Hi, I have the same issue with SEVERAL transactions. Same CreditCardGateway.php:406 [UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY] and same message as hadi. Is there a way to fix this issue, cause Im losing several clients because of this.
