Unpredictably cripples with other plugins in weird ways…

    I love this plugin and use it all the time, but it has become the wildcard that conflicts and cripples other plugins in weird ways.

    Example 1: I couldn’t figure out why WP Engine’s PHP Compatibility Checker plugin just wouldn’t work on a handful of sites I was checking… By process of elimination, I discovered that this Admin Content Labels plugin was the common thread; removing it resolved the issue.

    Example 2: I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out why I couldn’t add new links to the popular ThirstyAffiliates plugin. Turns out, this Admin Content Labels was the culprit. Ugh.

    Sorry you had trouble with it. This plugin is no longer maintained and never worked quite how it was supposed to because of bugs in WordPress core’s meta queries.

    I think it might be possible to work around them, but I don’t have time to work on it and it’s never been very popular.

    I’ve requested that the .org team remove the plugin so more people don’t have similar issues.
