Unpleasant surprise

Platform is user friendly, but just until you try to cancel the subscription. Cancelation has to be manually handled, and needs be done at least a day before the renewal date. No reminders that the renewal was coming was also an unpleasant surprise. Don’t expect the customer service to help you. Unfortunately they are not customer-oriented and use other subscription platforms as an example of why they cannot refund your unintentional renewal. On the other hand Amazon, Apple or others would be my example of user-friendly platforms, since they offer full refunds no matter the reason.
Renewal however is very easy and can be done with just a few clicks. Keep that in mind regardless of your decision about using this platform.
