Unpleasant import

  • The csv file was exported from a plugin of the same developer as the importer as a backup.
    Now when attempting to restore from the backup csv, the importer doesn’t bring in all the fields unless using the Paid version.
    This is crap. It feels like the backup csv is partly useless.

    Should have made the exporter and importer free versions match the same fields!

    Hi angular, import is ‘a little harder’ than exporting which is why so many import fields are supported in Pro. It’s not crap and you could have e-mailed us for a free copy of Pro – we support students and NGO’s – instead of leaving a review based solely on price of our Pro offering.
