    Hi @a4jpcom

I hope you are doing well today.

I checked logs in our system and I see error 403 Request Error: Forbiden but that is for your subdomain, not the main domain you have shared.

Are you using Local or Cloud feature?

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    I’m using the local option.

One subdomain also has the same plugin but it also has the same problem. Nothing get checked at all.

    Hello @a4jpcom,

    Thank you for clarifying that.

Since you are using the local version, could you please check if forced recheck makes any difference.

Please enable logging on the “Advanced” tab, save changes, and then initiate a scan by pressing “Re-check all pages“:

Let us know if there’s still any issue.

    Best Regards,

I’ve tried that. But it doesn’t work.

    Can you check the log?

    Hello @a4jpcom

Hope you’re doing well today! I am sorry to hear forced recheck did not help.

I tried to check if the log file was generated for the scan, however, I am unable to see any log related to the scan. This can be caused by the below scenarios:

If the logging was not enabled before you initiated the local BLC Scan
If you set a custom path for the log file.

Can you please confirm if you have enabled Logging on BLC as mentioned here: https://prnt.sc/mRcpKRKddcNb

Also, if you’ve set a custom path, you can navigate to the custom path and check if the log file is generated. You can copy the log text and share it with us using a free service like https://pastebin.com/

If you had not enabled logging before running the BLC scan, can you please enable logging and then “Force Recheck” and then let us know so that we can check the logs to check the issue further?

    Awaiting your response.

    Kind Regards,
    Saurabh
