I don’t know anything about code, and several times I’ve asked for special code to accomplish something from my theme, whether it’s modifying post-navigation, breadcrumbs, or other things that aren’t immediately customizable from the Customizer frontend.

The Astra support team has answered me every time, giving me special code or pointing me to where to fix the item I needed, so that my site looks and functions how I want and expect.

I didn’t realize that they’d be so helpful when I purchased the theme. I thought it was just going to be fast and easy and mobile-friendly, but that’s just the theme itself. They really are invested in helping their customers acheive their goals when it comes to making a site look the way I want.
