Unnecessary tags in List style

Hi,
Some HTML tags like ‘br’ and ‘p’ tages were added to each
‘a’ tag automatically.You can see the screen screenshot in here:

But I’m not sure whether this problem appeared in earlier versions.
Did anyone has the same problem?
