    Hi,

I’m surprised that I couldn’t find any posts on this already. I use nextgen, an awesome photo plugin, and it displays images using shutter. It calls the above script.

The problem is, this script is loaded on every single post on my blog, whether or not there are any images on it.

Is there a way to call this script only when the page displayed contains a post with photographs? I have no idea how I could do that.

The fall-back option would be to have that script loaded once and then put in the cache for a long time (a month?). I don’t know how to do that either.

    Any advice is appreciated.

There is a double problem: the nextgen single image view requires a script to be loaded in the header. That script depends on jquery, which also must now be loaded in the header.

Is there now way to save this from happening for pages that don’t have nextgen galleries?
