Unnecessary .Js and .css always loaded

Hello, is it possible to fix it?

If I use only 1 widget on one page, the plugin is loading the .js and .css also for other widgets.

If all the widgets are off, then it should not load any .css or .js. If somebody has only the grid widget it should load only the grid widget .js and .css, not carousel for example.

Is that possible? At least in the premium plugin?
