    Hello @deheugden and thanks for reaching out to us!

    IP’s who have been blocked due to incorrect passwords will follow the rules of your Rate Limiting. Navigate to All Options > Rate Limiting to view what you have currently set. The actual username should not be getting blocked though.

    Many thanks for the reply. So to be correcly, the user doesnt get locked out but it io gets? So if a bot tries to log in, the ipaddress of that not is locked, but the regular user with its own ip stil has acces

    Yes, the IP will be locked out, not the user, and the block will last as long as your rate-limiting specifies.
