    Hi Gioni,

we’re running an ecommerce site with WP Cerber installed. Sometimes customers lock themselves out having to many failed logins. In some cases the subnet is locked then.

How can I reset or unlock their IP so that they can lock in again? Is there a way to acieve this?

    Many thanks and best regards!

    Hi woo-do!

You can unlock any of the locked out IPs on the Lockouts tab of the Cerber settings page. Go to the Lockouts tab and click the corresponding Remove link in the rightmost column.

    Hi Gioni,

the IP is not visible within the Lockout tab but the subnet is shown as blocked. There is no remove link for the subnet blocking.

That’s absolutely weird. It must be there. Could you create a screenshot and send it to me here: https://wpcerber.com/support/
