Unloaded image not showing link to the permalink

Hi i did change the upload folder location. Then i started to face this problem. When i upload an image, In the Link url section, the default url is being replaced by
https://site.com/?attachment_id=54101Totally weird.
I have already rechanged the folder to default but nothing Inspirational.
