Hello, the problem is I installed the plugin and connected wrong wordpress account. Now I cannot change the account. There is not any possibility to disconnect. I tried to define define( ‘WC_GLA_REMOVE_ALL_DATA’, true ); in wp config and uninstall plugin but after installatioon same wordpress account is connected. also I read https://woo.com/document/google-listings-and-ads/faqs/ and tried to find settings page under

    1. From your WP Admin, go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads > Settings
    2. Click “Disconnect from all accounts”

But there is no settings page. Where I can disconnect this wordpress account? Why is there not a simple button to disconnect?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @kardosradovan

Could you please follow these steps:

Next, go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads and set up the connection again.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

This is not correct as I don’t have JetPack installed purely for the issue. There is no disconnect option yet this is not effecting all other Google Merchant Center site that I maintain.
This plugin should never be allowed to create an account that will effect the access to other connected sites int Google Merchant Center.

I tried what you suggested but it did not helped me. I found out that I could not disconnect wordpress account from this plugin but I could do this from wordpress account. After I disconnected site from wrong wordpress account, I had some fatal errors in plugin about jetpack account not found and then I uninstalled and installed plugin again and installed and configure also plugin Jetpack and it all started working together.

    Hi @kardosradovan

I’m glad you were able to find a solution to your inquiry here and thanks for sharing it with the community too! ??
