    Hi, i just imported some orders from an staging site to live site and at first, the file gave me an existing ID error. Searching on your documenatation, i unchecked ID column, install sequential order numbers plugin and import the file.

    When I enter to view some orders, some of them have all the data and some of them show “unknown product” and other error data.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    The “unknown product” typically occurs when an order isn’t correctly linked to its corresponding product. Could you please verify if the products were imported before the orders? If there was an ID conflict during the product import and new product IDs were assigned, linking the order items using the SKU instead might resolve the issue.
