"Unknown Problem" – can't back up

  • I know some others have posted about this, but I read through the posts and I didn’t see anything I can do on my own. I’m getting:

    16th Dec 2013 4.30.21 PM Information Initialisation completed.
    16th Dec 2013 4.30.20 PM Information Backup starting…

    It gets up to like 54% and then freezes. The file size is always 0KB. I tried backing up just the database and it works. The problem is in backing up the filesystem. Still running 3.5.2 because I want to back up before I update and I haven’t been able to. Previously ran two successful backups.
