Unknown Offeset 1 in idea list, posts aren’t displaying

    I am a WP admin over this site, I just got this plugin installed, added a couple test posts, got settings configured, however the actual list isn’t showing the ideas and there is one error at the top
    “Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in /home/content/97/4858397/html/VoxPopuli/wp-content/plugins/ideapush/inc/shortcode/idea-list-items.php on line 43”

    Also, ik the PHP is crazily out of date, I’m working with the Server Admin to get it updated.

    Wordpress Version: 5.8.1

    Thanks for your message.

    Are you using the free or pro version? The error you mentioned should only show for pro users – in which case you shouldn’t create a support request here as you can get priority support by emailing me: [email protected]

    If you are using the free version of the plugin, have you made modifications to the plugin? If so, that would be the issue. Otherwise it should really be impossible to get this error using the free version.

    I’m using the free version, and I assume by modifications you mean actual changes to the PHP files; if so no there’s been no changes in that regard as the only thing I have edited has been the settings in the WordPress admin settings

    I am not sure. I can only suggest deleting the plugin and try installing the plugin again. That error should only occur if someone were trying to get around the free features of the plugin. Thanks,

    Sorry for the delay! Been super busy with work and moving houses. However, I remove the plugin then reinstall it via the “add plugin” part of word press – same stuff still

    One thing to note though, when I added it back it looked like all the settings were still there? Same board I had originally created and such

    I deleted the board and made a new one, no change either

    Removing the plugin won’t actually delete settings or anything, that is by design.

    In this instance unfortunately I am not sure what the issue could be and due to the rules of this forum I can only provide limited support.
