    These files were not created by me and I am unable to delete these files from my end, can anyone from wordpress end help?

    WordPress sites are entirely self-contained. We have no more access than any normal visitor, nor would we want that.

    If you are unable to remove the files by accessing your server via SFTP or FTP or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), your hosting provider’s support may be able to help.

    These files were not created by me.

    Carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures and start backing up your site.

    As FYI and to note for record, I received the same notice about a client website.
