Unknown error with an exclamation simbol

    HI,
    I have an extrange problem. Some of my students who wants to purchase my course after the free trial get an error in the checkout process. They fill all the fields and when they press “proceed with the payment” they get a red exclamation symbol on top of the page without any mention to the issue. I have already inactivate all the plugins and I have placed the default wordpress theme but it doesn’t seem to change. The fact is that some people is able to do the payment and some not, and I don’t know how to fix that. Thanks!
