Unknown Error warning on dashboard

    Hi! We are testing the trial on a website, and we are seeing a message in the Dashboard:

    ?Jan 30 2024 19:13:49: Unknown error type: Can not get SFW table names from main blog options

    This is a WordPress multisite site loading from its own root domain – what is the issue, is the site not being protected because of this error?

    Are there any PHP errors in your web server’s PHP logs?

    Hi Serge,

    No errors in logs that I find relevant.

    I don’t think CleanTalk is working on this site either, as SPAM is coming through, and it is not getting recorded in Stats in WordPress counter nor in the Cloud Dashboard. The trial is coming to an end soon, and because the service isn’t protecting the site, the client will not want to purchase the license….
