    Hi – after upgrading Cleantalk Plugin to latest version no 6.18, it gives this error on my site. What could be the reason?

    I also tried full deactivatin the plugin and installing it again but getting same error. Please help

    Hello @dharashah410,

    Do you mean the option “Complete Deactivation“? Have you tried that too?
    ? WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings → set the option “Complete Deactivation” to “On” → Save Changes;
    ? WordPress Admin Page → Plugins → Installed plugins → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Deactivate and Delete.

    Then install it anew:
    https://cleantalk.org/help/install-wordpress

    Don’t forget to refresh your website cache after all these steps if you use any.

    Yes I followed step #1 (WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings → set the option “Complete Deactivation” to “On” → Save Changes;)

    For step 2, since I am on multisit network, I just deactivated the plugin from Installed plugins page and activated it again. Do you recommend deleting entire plugin from multi-site network level and reinstalling it again?

    Yes, please, delete it completely and install it again. It should re-create the tables and solve the issue.

    What’s your PHP version? Could you send us your webserver error log? It could be found in your hosting account. You can send the log either via email:
