Unknown Error: The security check failed

    In testing this plugin I’m getting this error:

    The security check failed; try refreshing the page.

    Message pops up after 5 secs. or so, after Saving changes to:
    Minify -> JavaScript -> JavaScript options

    No results found at the plugin website for the above error msg.

    Not sure if relevant but the site I’m using is IP protected.

    Any ideas is appreciated.

    Can you ask your hosts for your php error logs?

    There were no PHP errors recorded. Can you tell me what security check is being performed by the plugin that would generate the msg?

    @website-rob WPO would verify nonce value and make sure the action is not an empty string. If anyone of the above is false, then the error message can happen

    I’ve moved on from testing this plugin. Will make note of your replies and see if they apply, when I do my next evaluation.
