“Unknown error occured.” when trying to add delivery services

  • Hi,

    I’m using Packlink PRO on 2 websites with the same API key.
    I’m trying to configure a 3rd website but actually, when I try to add delivery service, after installing the plugin, I get “Unknown error occured”.
    When checking on log files it seems to be error 401.
    My server use NGINX and MariaDB. I have no cache activated.

    Hi Quentin,

    Is your 3rd web site in maintenance mode? Could you try to uninstall and reinstall? Are you installing our latest version?
