    Hi,

Do you have a PHP limit on your server?

Did you also check on the Media Library if the images with the message still have the error?

    Thanks

    Hi,

I have the similar issue, whenever I try to bulk optimize the images in Ultra mode it gives this error on majority of images on my website.

“Sorry, our servers are temporarily unaccessible. Please, try again in a couple of minutes.”

I have 70% space credit left. Need help!

    Hi Fraz26,

I ask you the same question:

Did you also check on the Media Library if the images with the message still have the error?

If you have this message “Sorry, our servers are temporarily unaccessible. Please, try again in a couple of minutes.”, did you try to optimize your images some times after?

Secondly, it also gives this error during bulk optimization,

“Unknown error occurred (100 – Operation timed out after 45016 milliseconds with 0 bytes received)”

In library view, it shows each image individually and when I try to optimize them one by one, it says on most of the images that the image is already compressed no further compression required. When I check on web performance tools like webpagetest.org, gtmetrix.com, google speed test and other they point image compression with low score even after optimizing images with ultra level.

I recommend you to read this post about “Google PageSpeed”:
    https://ewww.io/2014/12/05/pagespeed-says-my-images-need-more-work/

After using Imagify on 2 websites and having it work really well (I posted a 5-Star review!) I installed it on a third website. When I started the Bulk Optimization, I got errors on every image it’s trying to optimize. The plugin worked on the first 2 sites I used it on. What could be the problem?

I thought that perhaps because I am using a CDN (Cloudflare) it might interfere with the process, so I set it to Development Mode (which turns is off for a few hours) and retried the bulk optimization. Still generating all errors.

https://ThetaSound.com is the site in question.

I also tried this from the Media Library page, List view. The first image optimized (though it took a long time). The second image got hung up in the Optimizing state and is still “spinning” after 10 minutes.

Note: My available percentage has dropped from 44% down to 35% with no results but errors.

Hopefully there’s a simple reason for this errant behavior.

    Thanks for your help…
