unknown error messag

    Hej

    I just installed Chimpmate, deactivated the lightbox subscribe box and did put the widget in my sidebar.
    Unfortunately do I get a “unknown error” message when I want to subscribe. I am using the Nirvana theme and would be grateful for any hints or ideas to solve that problem!

    Hi,
    The problem may be due to error code 250. This means that in your MailChimp Account for the list you have specified, there is some extra field with ‘required’ property, and may be this required field is not supported by our plugin.

    unfortunately not. But now Mailchimp changed everything and I don’t even find the settings in the MailChimp admin panel … I used a link to the subscriber page now. Not the most beautiful solution, but a working one.
