Unknown error and showing on every screen

    I am experiencing two problems.

    1) the lightbox shows up on every page as the user navigates. I have it turned off right now because of that.

    2) I get “An unknown error occurred processing your request. Please try again later.” on both the lightbox and sidebar widget. My API key is entered and Chimpmate does see my lists in the General settings.

    The website is https://www.abegealjackson.ca and I still have the widget turned on, click on any link to see it (it’s just not on the home page).

    Hi Abbey Jackson,

    1. You have an option, Reappear after, in the Behaviour section under Lightbox tab. Enable it, you’ll see the lightbox only the first time everyday.

    2. It seems like you haven’t set the fields. Click edit button against your form, after selecting your list. Select your fields in the table that appear below. Click OK and confirm your list. Save your settings and then try again.

    Hey thank you, you were right about both things!

    Is there any way to have a subscribe button in the widget and that pops up the newsletter? I have more than just email address and name that I would like to capture but it looks ugly to have all those fields in the sidebar on every page. (https://www.abegaeljackson.ca/updates/)

    Hi Abbey Jackson,

    We have an option, Open-on-Click, in the ChimpMate Pro version. This will allow you to add button, which on click will trigger to lightbox/slider.
