    Hi Antoine,

    We are using your Plugin in a Quiniela (pool) for our users, but we don’t know why randomly, when users try to save the predictions they get this message: “Unknown error. Refresh the page and try again. If the problem Persists, please contact the site admin.”

    We removed other plugins to avoid conflicts and it begins to work well but randomly appers again later.

    The message can always occur when a page is left open too long without saving/changing anything in between. But not sure is this is the case in your situation. You can try to enable debugging on your website and then check the error log for clues. Or check the browser console (network tab) to see if any of the ajax calls contain a hint in the response.
