    Hi,

    With the current pandemic I decided to create a virtual tour for my school.
    I created a new tour and when I tried to publish it, it says Unknown error. Check Developer Console.

    My site is up to date and I used the Gutenberg block editor to insert the block into my page.

    EDIT: I tested it and Iphone and Microsoft Edge works but everyone who tries to open it in Chrome gets the same error.

    Hi, it is a possibility that there is a plugin conflict that is causing this issue.

    What we suggest you do, is conduct unit testing.

    At first, deactivate all plugins except WPVR and test if the tour works on chrome.

    If it does, next start activating other plugins one by one and seeing when the tour doesn’t load.

    Once you identify it, let us know which plugin caused the conflict. We can then give further instructions.
