    hello,

    When I install the plugin, it returns a successful result. but the information is not coming to the panel as seen in the photo. it also does not work in pixel setups. This is the only error I get in the log.:

    I understand the pixel and the connection information to the Facebook account is not showing up on the dashboard of Facebook for WooCommerce

    I see that you have disabled the caching and security plugins but still, the connection information does not show up. Hmm, that’s weird.

    Can you please switch the language of your website from Turkish to English and then disconnect and reconnect your Facebook account?

    After reconnecting, you can use Pixel helper extension to confirm if the Facebook pixel is working on the site.

    Let us know how it goes!

    Glad to know the problem is now resolved!

    Can I re-enable security and cache plugins?

    This section of the documentation explains that some caching plugins have some optimization settings that cause a conflict with the pixel tracking code which results in the event not being triggered.

    Considering the above, I would recommend keeping the caching plugins deactivated so that they do not cause any issues in the future.
