Unknown column 'randomize_answers' in 'field list'
-
After updating to Watu version 2.4.5, got a quiz with the [WATU 0] code.
Checked previous threads; followed advice to deactivate and activate plugin.
Upon reactivation of plugin, got this error message on the WordPress dashboard: The plugin generated 321 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.
Cannot create a new quiz because of the [WATU 0] code; cannot access this quiz to fix via the ‘manage exams’ dash because it’s not listed there.
This is the screen/message that comes up before the page to create the first question:
WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘randomize_answers’ in ‘field list’]
INSERT INTO wp_watu_master (name, description, final_screen, added _on, randomize, single_page, show_answers, require_log-in, notify_admin, randomize_answers) VALUES (‘T.C. Summary Opinion 2014-74 (Miller)’, ‘ ‘, ‘Congratulations – you have completed %%QUIZ-NAME. \r\n\r\nYou scored %%POINTS%% points out of %%MAX-POINTS%% points total.’, NOW(), 0, 1, 1, 0, 0,0)
What is my next step?
