Unknown column 'image_md5' in 'field list'

    Hi,

    I have just installed this plugin and I get an error on /wp-admin/upload.php?page=ewww-image-optimizer-bulk

    Erreur de la base de données WordPress : [Unknown column 'image_md5' in 'field list']
SELECT image_md5 FROM fgopr2016_ewwwio_images WHERE image_md5 <> ''

    How to fix that?

    I’ll look for a fix and release it later today hopefully. It’s a check for those who have been using the plugin since we used md5sums instead of filesize to track images, but I’ve never seen it cause a fatal error like that, strange…
