Unknown and unwanted signup’s

Since the last weeks im recieving unwanted signups from people like this.
Here is the submitted registration form:

they have emails like
[email protected]

I Dont think they are real people also their email service provider is not known.
Should I remove them, Also how can i avoid such unwanted signups
