    I recently updated from V1.2.1 to v1.417. We had a Gift Card product that was created in the old version and seemed to be working, but after putting that product in the Trash, it disapeared. Now when I try to create a new product I get “Unknow ajax error”. WordPress, all plugins and my Divi theme are all up to date. When I enable WP_DEBUG mode, there are no entries related to PW Gift Cards in the debug.log. Now I have no ability to use your plugin and my client is desparate to sell Gift Cards around this holiday season. Should I have completely removed the first plugin version before installing your latest? Any help is appreciated.

    Sorry to hear that you are having problems. There should be no need to remove the old version before installing the update.

    Since v1.417 is the Pro version, I need to mark this thread as resolved. www.remarpro.com doesn’t allow supporting Pro plugins using their forums. If you still need assistance please contact us at our website: https://www.pimwick.com/contact-us/
