• My team is working on the website domtkd.com and we are getting an unknown forbidden 403 permissions screen.

IGNORE THE VERSION THAT I SELECTED BECAUSE I CAN NOT ACCESS THE SITE TO SEE WHAT LATEST VERSION HAS BEEN INSTALLED.

We tried taking out .htaccess files and then the website showed up and we were able to login but the theme had entirely disappeared.

Any advise on what we should do next? We thought maybe uninstalling and reinstalling the theme but we are afraid it will break the website entirely and we will have to start over.

    The website is domtkd.com

Access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Please let us know how that goes for you!
