Universal Analytics should be set as default

Now, Universal Analytics is the standard and users are invited to migrate.
I think the plugin should follow that and set Universal Analytics as the default option for new users. Maybe there could be a warning for users having the Classic method to invite them to upgrade to Universal Analytics.
The risk of not upgrading to Universal Analytics is to keep an deprecated tracking code that will not work.
