Units with specifically chosen asins

    Hi – how would I create a simple ‘List’ unit with 6 or 8 items where I can add various asins of products I specifically want to display, rather than your plugin finding products via contextual or search methods etc? Thanks

    Sounds like you haven’t updated the plugin. Which version is your installation of Amazon Auto Links? It should be above 4.0.6b01. And the latest version is 4.1.0 as of today.

    Hi – thanks for that. I hadn’t realised there was a newer version since the one you told me about earlier in this thread (4.0.6b01). I will update as soon as I can. From what you say, I suspect that has been the issue and everything will be fine! Thanks again for your help.

    Hi – I updated and it works great now!! Thanks. You mentioned earlier: “After creating a unit, you can insert the unit output by shortcode, widget, or auto-insert.”
    Sorry, but I can’t see where I do this – I can’t see where to get a shortcode from – is it in the ‘Edit Unit’ window somewhere? Thanks again for your superb support.

    Go to Dashboard -> Amazon Auto Links -> Manage Units. And in the same row of your desired unit in the unit listing table, you can find the shortcode at the right hand side.
