Unit by URL returns no products

Maybe, try enabling Web Page Dumper by going to Dashboard -> Auto Amazon Links -> Tools -> HTTP Proxies.

Also, it might worth trying removing qid=nnnn and ds=xxxx in the URL.

Probably, after enabling Web Page Dumper, you want to renew the unit cache by pressing Renew Cache in the unit listing table (Manage units).

Tried that too, still no joy.

Most likely, the direct accesses from your web server to the Amazon store are blocked. Web Page Dumper is a sort of workaround for such a situation. But even when Web Page Dumper is blocked, there is nothing we can do about it.

To test if URL units are working, create a normal post with a text of an ASIN then point a URL unit to that post, The URL unit should show the product of the ASIN printed on that post.

Odd behavior, so if I select a single product url, it does populate with 10 items found on that page. I was hoping to get the Best Sellers for a search term but that does not look possible.

URL units read the source code of the specified URL and extract ASINs from the source code to use them as search terms. If only one ASIN is found on the specified page, most likely, one product will be shown.

To search for Best Seller products is not available with the current design.
