Did you disable the line item option in the gateway settings as recommended in that support thread?

If not please do so. Then reach out to me via the Help button in the plugin settings so you can into detail about your setup.

    Thank you the feedback.

Are we losing any functionality by doing this?

Slightly worried the impact it will have at the payment level.

@apps1803131 when that option is disabled you won’t see line items in the Braintree dashboard which isn’t a big deal.

    Was this happening with PayPal?

Do you have a staging site where this can be recreated?

Thanks again for your prompt support.

We are unable to reproduce ourselves, which makes it tricky.

If there is no downside beyond the detail from braintree, happy to attempt in our production environment.

    Will try and advise.

    Hi @apps1803131,

Keep me updated once you disable that option. I’d like you to reach out to me via the Help button so I can review the structure of one of these failed orders. The plugin checks that the item total is greater than zero before it adds it the item to the Transaction line items so this error shouldn’t be possible.

Here is the code where you can see that validation:

    Kind Regards,
