Unique one-time coupon URLs

    Hi there,

    I am using WooCommerce for my online store. I would like to include a coupon URL in my welcome email to newly registered users to my e-commerce site. I already have my welcome email template created in Active Campaign. My question is: can SUMO Coupons help create a URL that redirects to a one-time use coupon for each registered user? Meaning each registered user will receive this same URL, but once clicked, this URL will redirect them to a unique URL so that each user can use a one-time coupon that is unique to them.

    Hi Evon,

    I’m not sure what SUMO coupons is, but our plugin creates a unique URL for each coupon, its not based on the user.

    You’d need some custom code for creating a coupon for each user registered (not hard to do if you have access to a good developer) and ensure that coupon has the URL setting active and you have restricted the coupon to just the user’s registered email address.

    Hi Evon,

    Yep getting up to that time of year when all us programmers go into hibernation!

    I’m afraid this part you will need someone to code it up.

    Maybe check out Upwork for something like this if you just need it done fast.
