Unique link not shown after payment received?

  • Hi, I’m not getting unique link sent after payment completion, or registration form showing after payment. I’ve followed all the instructions very carefully, created a PayPal button, IPN in on. I get a notification email that payment has been made, that’s all, but NO registration form shows. I have put the ‘Generate a Registration Completion link code’ (tools tab) in the redirection after payment box in (PayPal button) this just brings you back to the registration page with the text telling to join us and pay. Should I put the ‘Generate a Registration Completion link code’ in the advanced variables? with the ‘PayPal button code’? I’m lost at what to do next?

    Hi, I created a PayPal button using the paypal button code. The SWPM button is different to this, which one should I use?

    You should use the SWPM procedure to create the PayPal button.

    I have done that now, tried it, payment made and received ok, landing back on thank you page ok, but no ‘Unique Link’ sent for registration, included in the email.

    Paypal send 3 emails..
    1. You received a payment
    2. Profile Cancelled
    3. You have a new automatic payment profile for ****

    Can you enable debug mode and check the log file.

    I’ve had debug mode on for several test payments each time I click view my 403 error page shows.

    Got it working. I downloaded the SWPM plug-in and re-uploaded it to the plug-in folder rather than going through the add new plug-in route. Also deactivated a spam plug-in. I did find when testing payments that the registration emails were going into the AOL spam folder, don’t know why, this didn’t happen when using Outlook.
