Unique image caption (in gallery) for different articles

Thanks for reply, but this doesn’t work. I’ve tested this right now, but when I create new article with new gallery and insert same images here (with original caption), and change the caption in this new gallery, original caption from the first gallery got the new caption too ?? (not using Guttenberg, but Classic editor).

@jerrry I just read this and it makes sense why it didn’t work:

I believe the caption is a property of the image and not of gallery. Meaning, you set the caption to the image, and the gallery will use whatever caption that image has.

The probable workaround seems to be with ACF plugin and repeater field for ‘image+caption’. I would suggest you to try that once.
