Unique front page

    How can I create a unique front page that does not include anything from my theme so I can start fresh with Page Builder on that page only? Without affecting any other pages, posts or the blog page.

    You can create a new page and then select it for the homepage via the Reading Settings menu (Settings > Reading). The first option there will let you choose the new page for the front page and another page for the blog.

    You can then use the Multiple Themes plugin if you want to run a separate theme on the homepage only. You’ll need to use a theme – it can’t be a completely blank canvas – but this will give you a lot of control over the design.

    So, that plugin was a bit difficult and hasn’t been updated in a long time. So I made it work with the Tracks theme, and I’m really happy with the results. Thanks!
