Unique field in Registration Form

    I am using
    Wordpress 4.9.6
    Ultimate Member Version 2.0.17
    How to add Unique field in Registration Form? I want to Keep Mobile Number as unique field, once registered it should not allow same number at other registration. I went through documentation, could not find solution. Is there a way to do it without programming?
