Unique Content in Widget (please read)

Howdy Guys n Gals.

Im building a new site and im looking for a unique content widget. Let me explain

Currently i’ve got a QR Widget on the right sidebar of the site and the QR Widget displays a unique QR code for every post so when its scanned by a phone it directs to a specific URL for that post. Perfect

What im looking for is a widget i can put into the right sidebar that will display a “Download” icon and have that download icon link to a unique URL. Each page will need different download urls because they will be linking to different files. I can’t just grab a regular widget and slap in some links because i dont know how to make it read data from the PID and make it understand that it needs to change its url so that the user on the other end is going to receive the correct URL they are looking for to download the file they are after.

Hope im making sense… Any help would be awesome!
