Unique content Columns

Hi, this is a strange one. But I am curious if anyone has a good idea of how to divide my site into a three column layout where each column holds posts from different posters. As in Column 1 always has posts by PosterName1, Column 2 always has PosterName2, and Column 3 always has PosterName3. Instead of just rolling the content around based on newest to oldest, I’d like to have three static columns that each only hold posts from a particular person.

I know that is odd. But I imagine somebody has an idea.

To be honest, I have a more specific layout in mind, but this would be a great start to understand how to explore something like that. Thanks for any ideas!
