Unique code checker

  • Is it possible to build a from with a code checker?
    I have 1000 unique codes… when somebody fills in the form there must be a check if the code exists in the database or external txt-file…
    I already have a check if the code already is submitted… its don by the plugin:
    AddActionsAndFiltersCode
