UNIQUE and INDEX keys should not both be set for column `option_name`

  • I’ve been having lots of problems with my database for the past few days, as a result I’ve had to clean up the wp_options table.

    However on the summary page for it, I get a warning saying:

    UNIQUE and INDEX keys should not both be set for column option_name

    Can someone please tell me what the best course of action is?
