• Interface is way too complicated and confusing for any normal person (i.e. a client). And there is zero support (not even basic support) without paying an annual fee.

    That’s strange. We have thousands of people using Event Espresso of all different experience levels without a problem. What exactly is too confusing?

    Sorry, we are not in the business to offer free support, and services, for software that most people are likely charging their clients for.
