• Certain characters are being converted to their HTML character reference:
    < to <
    > to >
    ‘ to '
    etc.

    This is “okay” until I save again and gets worse: >gt;

    This happens for both CSS and JS files.

    I would really like this issue addressed, as this plugin is better than any other custom CSS and JS solution.

    I don’t manage to replicate your problem. Here is a small screencast I made while testing the problem with the HTML characters.

    Let me know if I misunderstood the problem or if I’m missing something.

    I suspect it could also be caused by an older PHP version. Would you please check your PHP version with WordPress phpinfo() plugin and let me know which is it.

    No, I think you correctly understand the problem.

    That is a possibility. I’ll find out and let you know.

    Updated PHP to latest version, but bug still persists.

    Is there any chance you could give me admin access to the website so I can have a look? You can send me the credentials on the contact page.
